| Building Opportunities for Self-Sufficiency (BOSS) |
|
| BOSS is dedicated to helping homeless, poor, and disabled people achieve health and self-sufficiency, and to fighting against the root causes of poverty and homelessness. We do this work through 4 strategies: Housing, Health, Economic Development, and Social Justice. BOSS operates 15 programs across Alameda County that help nearly 2,000 homeless families and individuals each year. Our goal is to help people pursue individualized Self-Sufficiency Plans, improve their health and quality of life, and move into stable housing and jobs. |
