| For over 20 years the Alameda Education Foundation has worked to support educational
programs in the Alameda Unified School
District by providing millions of dollars in funds, materials, and volunteer resources to supplement the opportunities available in our schools.
Our core mission at AEF is to ensure that all of Alameda’s students have access to the best
educational opportunities and tools. At AEF we:
Advocate – on the state level for funding changes for public education.
Educate – Alameda about the value of our schools and about the challenges they face.
Fundraise – through grant writing, working with corporate partners and our community.
