| MA/D is an interdisciplinary office producing residential and commercial architecture, product and furniture design. We strive for intelligent and effective organization and precise detailing. Our work is a research into clarity of construction, with investigations of light, proportion and materials, utilizing a collaborative network of clients and design professionals. This process brings specificity to the elaborate and poetry to the mundane. We embrace emerging technologies, yet remain grounded by an appreciation of architectural history and knowledge of both existing and developing methods of construction, research, and form making, which are fundamental to our flexible approach and execution of processes, techniques, language and thus projects.
