ModCom is a proposal to revitalize infill vacant land and communities with prefabricated micro community labs. Inspired by the concept of a one room schoolhouse and the potential to design flexibility into a new model of community centers, each ModCom unit would provide multi-generational education opportunities that can be tailored to the specific needs of he community it is located.
