The Blair House is a circa 1840 house located near a wetland and in the center of a historic core. This structure is currently owned by a quasi-governmental source who wishes to provide a ground lease for the structure for the NHO to renovate into an affordable housing unit. The NHO has received some estimates - but are unsure about the path to take with the renovation of this building. Making it into a duplex would require complex code changes.
