Housing Nantucket currently owns 26 rental units scattered around the island. We also manage 12 units of school staff housing. We have several units in our "pipeline." However, our "master plan" is in disparate locations - we have never combined our property management program, our pipeline projects, and our long range vision.
HN would like to find a firm who could work to develop an overall "Master Plan" for the organziation by analyzing existing documents, reviewing possible pipeline sources, and creating a final package of information.
We would also hope to see information regarding the development of these parcels such as sketch site plans or house designs. These materials would be used for capital campaigns and community events.
We would also be interested in any firm that might be able to provide charette style services to develop a community consensus on the future of the organization.
