The Abstract is undergoing a major organizational overhaul. This includes an aggressive capital campaign, program development and site re-development. Perhaps the most pertinent issue is the renovation of the three buildings which make up the shelter. The organization has been slow to recover from the effects of Katrina, and the buildings are no different.
