This is a booklet describing the work of our organization to create affordable housing that is green/LEED certified. Its a booklet on one side of a folder (with a special design) and on the other side would be a series of "case studies" with single sheets on each one. We could also have a CD of information. Each of the "case studies" would be a template for use in Illustrator or other Adobe package. As we build new houses, we can add a new case study and fill in the specific information.
