Description:

This complex integrates a host of community functions with affordable housing, to create a hub for the neighborhood.

The affordable housing component is 62 units, with a mix of live/work, studios, one and two bedroom units.

The community functions are a large community meeting space, reading room, art instruction studios, gallery space, a small performance space, day care, cafe, and a gym.

The buildings are topped with roof top gardens with views to downtown, and the Olympic and Cascade mountain ranges.
