Description:

Thanks to the generous donation of 4.7 acres of M-1 Light Industrial vacant land in Sterling Heights Michigan, plans are currently underway to establish a 20,000 square foot Charity Music Community Center.

The Center will contain:

Corporate Offices Musical Instrument Repair & Training Center Music Library Recording Studio Musical Instrument Museum

Project Partners: Several organizations have idicated an interest in becoming tenants after completion.
Project Timeline: Preliminary site plan approval was received from the Sterling heights Planning and Zoning Department back in 1996 but never acted upon by the previous owner. Charity Music Inc would like to complete the project in 36 months if possible.
Design Services: Facilities Needs Assessment,Capital Campaign Materials,Building & Space Identification,Interior Design & Brand Integration,Accessibility & Code Compliance,Healthy & Sustainable Environments
